NEW Thermal Phase Change Materials

NEW Thermal Phase Change Materials

The ALL NEW silicone-free, thermally conductive phase change materials from Electrolube - TPM350 , TPM550 and HTCX_ZF:

These new thermal management products are designed to provide superior properties and increase performance across automotive, electronics and LED applications.

TPM550 Key Features

TPM550 is a high-performance screen printable, thermally conductive phase change material, offering a high thermal conductivity. The phase change temperature is 45˚C.

  • High Performance
  • Phase Change Material - changes state at 45°C
  • High Thermal conductivity 5.5W/m.K
  • Screen printable
  • Contains solvent, excellent wet ability
  • RoHS-2 Compliant

TPM350 Key Features

TPM350 is a high-performance screen printable, thermally conductive phase change material, offering a high thermal conductivity. The phase change temperature is 50˚C.

  • Phase Change Material - changes state at 50°C
  • High-Performance
  • High Thermal conductivity 3.5W/m.K.
  • Screen printable
  • Contains solvent, excellent wet ability
  • RoHS-2 Compliant

HTCX_ZF Key Features

HTCX_ZF is a Zinc Oxide (ZnO) free version of HTCX featuring improved thermal conductivity, lower oil bleed, and lower evaporation weight loss. It is recommended where the use of zinc oxide, a marine pollutant, is restricted and where the efficient and reliable thermal coupling of electronic components or heat dissipation between any surfaces are required. HTCX_ZF is a non-silicone paste, suitable for applications where silicones are prohibited, thus avoiding issues with silicone and low molecular weight siloxane migration.

  • High performance - Improved thermal conductivity
  • Excellent Stability
  • Low Oil Bleed
  • Contains no Zinc Oxide
  • Non-curing paste
  • Easy application

If you have any questions, or need help choosing the right thermal interface material, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our technical team.
